Having 1 car per person is self serving. The original reply just suggested that you park all of your cars in the garage. But obviously you can't do that with 5 cars. You may need to reevaluate your personal situation as no house in Ridge Pointe can garage 5 cars. It sounds like you need a house on a big lot with a detached storage shed.
