Rancho Cimarron was started in early 1994 by Saanich
Development Co.
In late 1994, the first homes were starting to go up and has continued until the present.
In early 1997, the home owners took over respons-
ibility for enforcment of the C. C. & R.'s and "The Rancho Cimarron Property Owners Association" was formed.
The Board of director's has retained the services of Lepin and Renehan Management to oversee the daily operations of the association. These duties include collecting monthly fees, patrolling the property on a weekly basis to enforce the C.C.& R.'s and that the common areas are being maintained properly.
They also prepare our budget, organize the monthly and yearly meetings, perform all legal obligations of the association, and keep all records pertaining to our property.

The board is charged to enforce the rules and by-laws of the
"Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions" as written by the developer.
The board has retained the services of Lepin and Renehan Management Inc., to oversee the general operation of the property, under guidance from the board.
