Rancho Del Mar

I live in a Maracay home. This is the two story 3500 sq.ft. model. The roof leaked and I had it repaired. The roofing contractor said the original roof had a flaw because the builder did not include proper water diverting aluminum channels, preventing water pooling at each roofing section. After the repair, I have had no problems. I notice others in the neighborhood undergoing roofing repair.
