Rancho Del Mar

I notice a blood trail on the sidewalk on Monte and Orange today (Sat. Sept 8th).  There was an Emergency Vehicle on Cherry and Police cars on Orange around 1pm.

Anyone know what happened?

Not sure if it's the same time frame, but neighbors told me about a party near Guadelupe and a drunk driver took a wrong turn into the neiborhood. The driver knock down the street sign at Meseto and Date and abandond the car at Date and Madero. His friend picked him up and Police came and identified the vehicle owner after a neighbor called and reported the accedent.
