I post this so that everyone is aware. Please do not harrass the man as it is a crime in of itself. I am not sure why the Mesa PD hasn't sent notices to us in the mail, they are supposed to. I am on an e-mail notification list of any sex offenders within a certain radius of my home and that is how I found out. DPS would not give me any dates on when the offense occured and said I should call Oregon. Given the amount of aliases and the failure to register plust the fact that he is a level 3 offender (likely to reoffend) I suggest everyone keep their eyes open. I personally have showed my kids his picture and am giving them extra self defense training. Hopefully they'll never be in a situation to need it but just in case.
