Rancho Del Mar

I live in Rancho del Mar and was in my garagewith the door open this evening when a suspicious truck drove by turned around and stopped in front of my house. He did not notice I was in the garage and made a bee line for the two bikes in my garage. When I confronted him he took off. He drove a white work truck with a rack over the bed, the truck had a sign on the door that read garage door handyman, the phone number started with 480 421. I didn't get the last 4 digits or plate #. Just wanted to warn anyone in the area who may see the vehicle to be cautious.
