The Rancho Encanto Neighborhood Association is among the over 500 organized neighborhood associations within the City of Phoenix . As with the other neighborhood associations, we are organized to expand communication between ourselves, Block Watch Groups, local businesses, and various departments within the City of Phoenix.

Our neighborhood association encompasses the area from Greenway Road to Bell Road and I-17 to 35th Avenue.

We support neighborhood awareness, security, stability of property values, crime reduction, and promotion of a strong neighborhood culture.
