When you walk your pet around the neighborhood, take the opportunity to use your Block Watch observational skills to identify any criminal or conditions that bring blight into the neighborhood. Pooch Patrol Identification badges are available for your pet by calling the Rancho Encanto Information Line (222-8640) and leave a message that you would like a badge. Pooches issued ID badges are eligible to be profiled in upcoming Rancho Encanto Neighborhood newsletters.
