Sidewalks on Hold Until '03

Brenda Howard was able to secure 3 estimates to add sidewalk accesses to the community park and repair the sidewalks located in the visitor parking areas. Needless to say the lowest estimate was for $8,400 and the highest $27,000.

Based on the estimates and the limited budget RGMC has today, it was motioned and seconded that we delay the work mentioned above until Spring '2003. The purpose of this delay is to allow enough time for Deldot to issue the estimated $4,500 check to RGMC for the installation of turning lanes on Wellington Drive. As many of you know, RGMC ownes the land that flanks both the left and right side of Wellington Drive.
