NeighTards!

Posted in: Madison Park

Some of  you might wonder what a NeighTard is.

A NeighTard is a resident that can't follow simple curb side rules for the good of the community.

NeighTards are the residents that leave their cans out after midnight on pickup day even after being correctd dozens or more times by code enforcement.   Both city cans and personal yard waste cans.

NeighTards are the same people that also don't follow curb side rules for yard waste.  Yard waste goes out in pickup zone or right of way only the day prior to scheduled pickup.   Yard waste is any yard material (natural such as leaves, brush you want removed by city that has been prepared properly for pickup)

Neightards are also the same people that put bulk out without ever scheduling it for pickup.   Scheduled bulk goes out NO SOONER than the day prior to schedule bulk pickup.    You get that date scheduling online or by calling 311 to schedule a pickup.

Neightards are lastly the same group of residents that also park on their lawns.  Parking on lawns except for drvieways, parking pads, and in the street is forbidden.

My guess is these NeighTards all grew up with their participation trophies.

DO BETTER NEIGHTARDS!  If not here is HOPING THE CITY gives you a nice citation from $150 to $500 depending on how many times you screw up!

To our NON NeighTards!  Thanks for always doing it Right!
