Redbud Run HOA

Hello,

 Does anybody know the date, time, and location of our next HOA meeting?

I was told by a neighbor that a HOA meeting was scheduled for the end of March, but have not seen anything official from Clagett Management.  I also understand that there is discussion on turning the HOA over to the residents.  I have many concerns with that: roads within subdivision remain to be finished; renters are not taken care of their properties; we have at least 3 frat homes that I'm aware of; undeveloped lots are trashy; trailers and abandoned vehicle on site; and on, and on; too many to list.

I suggest we collectively take issue with this proposal, until Richmond and/or the developer complete the infrastructure, and clean the place up to our satisfaction.
