fences dont look great
Am I the only one who has noticed that the newly washed and ''sealed'' fences are already starting to turn grey and black again? By the end of summer they will look just like they did before the maintenacne. It was a good effort but a waste of money. What about the fences on Gold Canyon? They look terrible.

Fence is still looking good
Fence is still looking good after the cleaning and sealing after a year. The only problem was the grafitti that was sprayed on it. The sealing was sprayed off it. I hope the fence will last many, many more years.

Fence options
I agree that the fences do not look that great. How about staining the fences and making it the homeowners responsibility to maintain the fence. Aren't they the ones who enjoy their fence? We paid for and we upkeep our own out of our own pockets. There are many neighborhoods out there with wooden fences surrounding them that look fine. I feel that with a stain and some upkeep, our neighborhood will be fine. To spend $300,000.00 on a fence is wrong. I feel that there are other options out there that need to be reviewed.
