Redland Woods

I continue to be amazed at the number of deed retriction violations throughout the community. I've lived in Redland Woods for almost 9 years and don't recall when the violations have been this bad. I've managed to overlook the basketball goals and other toys infront of yards, children must have a place to play or mischief usually results. Lately, I see RVs and travel trailers parked in back yards or in drive ways. I see boats and vehicals parked on the grass infront or along the sides of homes. I chuckle when I read we must put our garbage cans out of site yet I don't see anything being done about the RVs,trailers, vehicals and boats in the yards. Please let's get our community looking like it's suposed to. I'm sure I'm not alone on this issue. The protective deed restrictions are there to protect property values. Values and the over all appearance of the community suffer when homeowners do not comply. As the managing company help, please, we need to clean up the violators now.

My family and I have not lived here for a full year yet and already I see the change.
I cannot afford to lose value on my KB home so lets all do what we can to fix these problems asap.

Wake Up!

If a resident is told that they are in violation of our association rules, they could correct the problem. Are you suggesting that the association go in and take action if the probem isn't corrected? I don't think so! Boy, would there be legal issues here. When someone doesn't correct the problem as one has to assume has happened here, the process becomes a legal situation and we all know that takes time. These things don't happen overnight.
Have you asked Kyse or any of the Board members what the situation is on a particular problem? Probably not, you'd rather be ignorant and complain.
I've asked about the situation and I am confident that action has been taken and is continuing.
