Here's what you need to do to take advantage of this program:
Call 1-800-986-4538, (Monday?—Friday; 8:00a.m.?–5:00p.m. or Saturday; 8:00a.m.?– 3:00p.m.) and ask them to send you a voucher for your new low flow toilet.
When you receive your voucher you will have 17 days to use it before it expires so plan ahead.
Measure the rough-in dimensions: the distance from the wall to the middle of the toilet drain opening.
Take the voucher to a participating supplier and present it for an immediate discount at the time of purchase. These vouchers are only good for low flow toilets. After the purchase mail a copy of the sales receipt and the pink copy of the voucher to the processing center. All voucher program participants are subject to an on-site installation verification.
