Yes, I have. Do you know why? Why is because by doing so, a case can be made that priorities need to be rearranged; and people can be made aware of how their tax money is really being spent. Reverend Odom-Groh, even you have stated that you oppose the practice of spending public money on private property, that you favored speed humps, that you favored more police presence, that you favored doing something about the slick streets.. BUT, you have NOT shown enough leadership to get those things done; quite to the contrary, you have let the practice of spending city money on private property continue right alongside the failure to accomplish those things you said you favored. Reverend, you are a better man than that.
