I talked with Rumpke this morning and they said it will take a littl extra time to get all of it BUT they will pick it up. On this web site is a page on storm debris pick up and they have a letter to me that I just added to it.

I called Rumpke this morning because they failed to pick up my yard waste which was in plastic cans. It was twigs, small branches, etc.  I was told there is a three can limit .  If this is  the case, shouldn't everyone be informed about the new policy?  Many residents do not have access to the internet.  With the high winds expected today there will be many plastic garbage cans rolling around  the neighborhood.

I am, however, concerned that I've somehow not 'correctly' placed the debris at the street. It's been out there for some time . . . it appears they are being very selective about what they are taking.

Are there new rules I'm unaware of? All of the debris I have noticed on the street(s) that remains (besides mine) is either not cut down, not bundled, etc. My is all of that . . . and still remains.

Please confirm I've not missing something here.

No you are not missing anything. There is just so much of it that theya re taking some on each street. They did not take my yard waste cans today but they took my neighbors. It s frustrating I know but they will get it all eventually.
