This website is created and maintained by Rembrandt Neighbors and is dedicated to keeping HOA dues contained and increasing homeowner’s property values by maintaining a well run HOA. HOA's are of greater importance today because, if well managed, they can bring neighbors together, stop vandalism, and enforce maintenance standards on bank owned properties, resulting in higher property values for all! While not affiliated with the HOA, this site will help neighbors gather support for issues the HOA must address!

Please feel free to add any constructive ideas in the Discussions area and encourage your neighbors to add their support for your ideas by posting replies to your post. You can get an email notification when someone replies to your post.

Also feel free to add any pictures of vandalism you may find in the Discussions area so we can all be aware and be on the look-out for the people responsible. If you see vandalism occuring DO NOT confront them! Discretely call 911 and report the crime.

Join the Neighborhood Watch program and do your part to ensure this neighborhood stays a safe place to live and enjoy. The website will allow us to easily report damage, organize efforts to stop vandalism through coordination with the local Police Department, develop community disaster preparedness plans, and bring neighbors together to develop plans to further increase property values and contain HOA dues. If the bad guys know we are watching we can stop them! Neighborhood Watch programs work if we all pitch in!

Low HOA dues makes our properties more competitive; but if these costs increase (as a result of vandalism repairs, park and fence maintenance, etc.) all of our property values decrease. Use of this website will allow us to decrease our mailing costs, increase community awareness, and coordinate efforts to make this a better community. Please help us keep our dues low by sending an email to RembrandtNeighbors@hotmail.com with your name and address in the message so that we can email you announcements instead of wasting dues money snail-mailing them. And please print this page and give it to your neighbors to get them included too.

Only by working together can we hope to tackle our current problems, keep our HOA dues as low as possible, and bring the higher property values that future technology will offer.
