I know there was talk of coming back in a month...anything to the New Meeting at Oak Hill>?

TAXPAYER INFORMATION SESSION

 

 

The City of Pawtucket will hold a Taxpayer Information Session on the recent revaluation process on Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at Varieur School, 486 Pleasant Street, Pawtucket, RI.  The forum will begin with representatives from Vision Appraisal outlining the state mandated revaluation process. 

 

Following the Vision Appraisal presentation, officials from the city’s Tax Assessor’s Office will be available to assist individuals who choose to submit an appeal form.  Furthermore, officials from the city’s Tax Collector’s Office will be available to explain the various tax payment methods, including a new 10-Month Hardship Payment Plan.

 

Facilities are accessible to people with disabilities.  If you are in need of interpreter services for the hearing impaired, please contact the City Clerk’s office at 728-0500, ext. 225 not less than 48 hours in advance of the meeting date.  Also, TDD telephone (401) 722-8239.
