I have requested to inspect All Records of Oak Park Villa Cordominium Association more than 5 times from Wes- Prrsident of OPVCA so I must ASSUME that he is BEHIND on HIS DUES which he would not be eligible to be on the Board of Oak Park Villas Condominium Association according to the laws and regulations laid out by the State of Florida or Wes is using the Associations funds for his GAIN! THE question to is "Is Wes paying himself working on the grounds by Associations funds to catch up on his dues because he is behind on them again?

    I have email many times Wes about people going over the fence and that there are areas that people can go through the fense but this is not a SECURITY issue!
