I have been looking at a property in your community and am very interested in finding out what is going on with the HOA. I have already talked to Pam to find out what the HOA dues cover which i'm ok with however i have read a few posts from others about their discontent for the service that's been provided by Almost Home. Have you already reached an agreement with the City in regards to the water issues? If the city will take over the water for the community,  would it  be safe to assume that the HOA dues will be reduced as well? Lastly, isn't the HOA mandatory? How are others getting away with not paying this dues? That doesn't sound fair at all to others that are paying, but then again if the service provided is not met as promised that doesn't sound like a good business practice either. I'd really appreciate your feedback. Thanks for your time.
