A prime piece of property and yet, our Riverside is held hostage by the folks from Johnston and our redevelopment and renaissance held back by legalese.

Still Waiting

There may not be a better piece of real estate anywhere in Pawtucket.What is the problem?? A scenic loacation with many possiblities!! A restuarant?? A marina?? A hotel??? maybe all of the above!!!Maybe this property needs to be advertised nationally.What do you think??

Maritime Museum?

Arthur: I believe that building a hotel there would be a disaster. I
would rather seee the River brought back as the seaport that it was
once. I suggest a maratime museum on the site instead. Look at what
Baltimore and Sturbridge Village dis with historical sites. The navy
could supply moth-balled ships and slips for the boat lovers of the Valley
constructed where the Gas tanks were.Bonin
