Durning the recent Ice Storm there were 2 trees down blocking the roads of Gibson and Blenheim, the tree on Gibson blocked the road for approx. 5 days and the City did nothing to clear the road. Why was there no action by the City to clear these trees from the roads? In the past the roads were cleared within hours no more than 24 hours.
