I've noticed that the trucks carrying heavy loads of dirt and gravel are slowly doing damage to the road surfaces on Stratford, Bristol, and Pembroke. Will the cost of repairing these roads be paid for by the developer, or will tax payers pay the bill? Will developers be held accountable for this damage?
