I appricate the dues invoice that is always sent out, because paying this just twice a year it can be forgotten.
But, since it was not sent out for July to some people, I thought the letter that came along with the invoice was a bit rude. It said this is a one time courtesy and not to make a habit of being late with the payment.
If I would have received the bill, it would have been paid on time.
So, if it is not made a "habit" to send out late invoices by the HOA, payment will not be made late!
Thanks for this sight so I could vent.
