Welcome to Ridgefield!

Ridgefield is a young community, just 6 years old. We are located near the Falls Lake area of Durham, North Carolina within Durham County.

With slightly over 400 homes, we are a family-oriented home division of single-family homes built by Anderson Homes and KB Homes. We're so family-friendly that it's not uncommon to see our children playing throughout the community.
