community meetings

Would get more turnout at the meetingsif we actually encouraged members of the community to show their neighbors respect . Such issues would be speeding down the hill into Lakeside & accompanying roads, throwing litter onto the streets & peoples property, Having dogs & not respecting neighbors rights to use there own property without being harrassed by a neighbors animal or to lose sleep because said animal was allowed to bark at 5:00 am or any other time without any control. It is one thing to let your property slide for any # of reasons we all have to make a living, it is another to be rude. I don't remember it being an unalienable right to have a pet.!
