The Ridgepoint at Bear Creek is a community of 85 homes. The HOA was transferred to the homeowners in 1998. The Board has three members, each serving a three-year term.
HOA Board meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm, with the annual meeting in November each year. Contact any Board Member or look on this site for meeting locations.
The common area property of Ridgepoint consists of approximately 23 acres that surround the homes in the development. The Board is mandated to maintain the landscape of the common area.
The Rules and Regulations have been adopted so that we can all enjoy living in a pleasant, family-oriented environment with friendly neighbors, and be able to maintain our property values. They are not intended to hinder the majority but to prevent individuals from infringing on the rights and peaceful coexistence of all homeowners.
If you are planning on making improvements or changes to the exterior of your property, you must submit an ACC Request to a member of the ARC or Board. They will contact you if more information is required. If you are simply replacing something that needs to be replaced, (with the exception of Aspen trees which are no longer allowed), and NO CHANGES are being made, you do not need approval.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for the approval to be processed, as it requires the review and signature of 3 ARC and 2 Board members. The 2-page ACC Request Form can be found on this website.
Please - you must receive approval before the work begins!
This website is made available in order to disclose all Ridgepoint HOA information. In addition to the ACC Request Form, find the Rules & Regulations, Architectural Guidelines, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Declaration of Covenants and recent and annual HOA meeting minutes.
