according to what I was told at May 07's HOA meeting, there are roughly 1/3 of the households did not pay HOA fees for the first quarter of 07 or even longer period of time.

SUGGESTION:

1. elevate the understanding among homeowners that not paying HOA fees has serious consequences.

2. is the property management working diligently at collecting these fees through legal remedies that are available? do we have a good lawyer?
