River Park Neighborhood Association

When I go to the river in my own neighboprhood I don't like always having to be watching out for the police all the time. Our dogs need a romp in the wilderness once in a while. The law should be changed so at least we can have 1/2 of the area there, instead of giving it ALL to the runners. Please post what you think about this so maybe we can make a differsence and change this.
