WHAT MAKES A GOOD HOA?

1. Communication

2. An honest Board that responds to residents concerns.

3. A Board that is willing to have full disclosure and does not have conflicts of interest.

4. Residents need to be approached for their opinions.

5. Residents who show concern for the associaiton.

6. Residents need to get involved - a lack
of interest opens the door to neglect.
