 Hello all, With summer coming to a close people are letting their dogs roam free and this is causing problems again. A person or persons has even posted a letter on the area mailbox threatening to do harm to the dog or dogs leaving the mess in his/her yard. This is not the way to do things!!, For 1 it is a Federal crime to post things on a mailbox and 2ndly we do not do things this way here in our community.OK so with that said here is the way to handle Dog at large 1. log down the offense.2. get the animal discription and if you know who the owner is get that as well. 3.if you can get a picture of the dog,do so. You asking Why? Because with this Information the Animal control will come to your residence collect the information you have collected and take care of the situation.
