"With all the (894) lots sold in River Run, your Regular Yearly Assessment for 2010 should be between $75.00 and $90.00, not $155.00 as we are assessed in 2010."
Using their figures, posted by the Board of Directors on another Web Site, our 2010 Assessment should be $84.15.
The Board of Directors are over charging the members $63,339.90 in 2010 for items not approved by the members.
The members have control of the Association now, just in case you have forgotten.
