It would have been nice if the RTHA actually answered this question. They have had at least three post that I have counted since this question was posted but. If I remember correctly it started from Trinity and Salado then all the way back to Elbe. It was a LARGE box and I feel the people in this box should have been given a bigger consideration then what was given.

Actually the HOA does not have a map of the 50% reserve. The map that Dale presented at the meetings was drawn wrong and showed way more houses than are actually in the reserve. The area that is affected is roughly the homes west of Sequin Trail and south of Pedernales Trail. There is a deed at the Tarrant County Clerks office that exactly reflects the boundaries. Hope this helps. RTHA |

I've been looking at many of the posts and yes they did try to conceal the information regarding the "people in the box". My husband emailed them and their response said they weren't sure about the sign on bonus and that those people should ask at the signing meeting. But they did know in advance, they just did not share their knowledge. Honestly, I'm thankful they handled all the negotiations for us, but they needed to be open and honest with everyone. |

"$450,000" for a wall! You must be kidding?! That does seem outrageous!!!!!!! But an extra $300 per family while it might be nice, I think that money should be split up...Find multiple builders and have them bid on a NEIGHBORHOOD FAMILY Plan! Including a playground and wall. We've been begging for a playground since we moved in 9 years ago! The individual sign on bonuses were agreed upon. The community sign on bonus was agreed upon. However, yes while I do agree that WALL needs to be built, I also think we need a PLAYGROUND and not just the school. |
