Were the landmen able to answer anyone's quetions today? We had questions about our mineral rights and if we owned all or some of them. They had NO answers for us, all they said was after we signed the lease they would do that research.
What is the overall impression today from Carrizo today? We did not get a good feel about this... |

Title policy
If you have your title work from when you bought your house, you should be able to find out about your mineral rights. More specifically, look at Schedule B of the policy. Our shows to parties having mineral rights, one from 1920 and another from 1954. I am sure they negotiated and prepared the leases first and then once signed, will do all of the title work. I am guessing we will be lucky if we have 50% of our mineral rights as the gent said 50% was kept by an owner from 1954. |

Wow just because you didnt liek the deal of you didnt sign dont pass judgement, you saw all the people there sos they must be a lot of people that dont have morals according to you so sad. If you dont like it then very simply dont sign. By Too much high and might on here |
