Thank you for letting us know who to contact.  How can you be a member of RTHA but not a participating member?  Do you mean he pays dues and does not participate in RTHA events or issues?  Also,  isn't Sgt. John Choyce one of his good friends or did Sgt. John Choyce replace the old NPO for our area?

Yes, Sgt. Choyce and the resident are friends.

Everyone that pays their dues is a member. We even have members that do not live in River Trails but own houses here. Everyone that is interrested in making a difference in this northeast area of Fort Worth is invited to join. Lakes of River Trails residents are especially encouraged to participate in any and all RTHA activities.

John Choyce has been our NPO for a long time. We do not know the personal relationship that he holds with that particular resident.

How would you suggest the residents of Rivertails that are being harrassed by this gentleman go about reporting him to his best friend....Sgt.  John Choyce our wonderful NPO?  I am not so sure this would do any of us any good.  So,  basically,  it is my impression that we all have to allow this man to harrass us.   The other day my daughter and I were walking our dog down San Joaquin to the park (on a leash)  and that man passed us and parked in the cul-de-sac and just stared at us.  At the time,  I did not realize it was him because personally,  I have not seen him up close and the truck just didn't ring a bell.  All I could think of was why is the guy staring at us?  It wasn't until we kept walking and I turned around and he drove off that I realized it was him.   Now how intimidating is that?  I would consider it an issue of harrassment.  I am a woman and I was walking with my daughter.   And I do not feel comfortable in any way to approach this man and ask him about his behavior.  We were walking our dog for heaven's sake!   Are we not allowed to do that in our neighborhood anymore either?   And to know that Mr Choyce is suppose to help us out here?  Surely there is another way to address this issue?  Does anyone have any suggestions?
