What time was it?  Did they get the license plate number?   Once the word gets out that we have an active Citizens On Patrol program, it will detur these jerks. 

My understanding is that it happened right before dark on Mystic. No license plate. 2-3 black males in a black Ford Expedition. Apparently, stopped to ask for directions to someones house.

Your absolutely correct Hosa.  If we have enough magnets with the COP emblem driving around at various hours, they will avoid our neighborhood and go elsewhere.

These guys are career criminals usually.  They know the COP emblem.  We simply do not have enough visibility.  And, I can't do it by myself.

We live in a neighborhood that is very relaxed when it comes to securing our property and has 6 exits, each with quick access to major roadways. They love us.  We make it easy for them.  We've got to make it harder for them.
