I also have a gentleman who does my yard for $25. Front back edging the works. If I were you I would rethink my price schedule. Not very competitive. There are at least three very good lawn men available at $25. Good Luck. |

I'm a 16 year old high school student that is only trying to get ahead in life. I would like to think you for your positive support that you always seem to give. |

Sounds like you're off to a good start and not afraid of work, maybe you just need to be a little bit more competitive in your price(check around with some of the people that do this for a living) everyone is trying to watch their pennies the economy isn't so good right now, maybe if you lower your price just a tad people might be inclined to contract you to do their lawns because you are a valuable member of our community and trying to earn some cash while going to school. I know not to many kids are willing to get out there and sweat these days. Then after you have a few regulars may e you can go up a little because you will have references. Keep your chin up!(p.s. you are making good grades right) p.s. the best way to get ahead is stay ahead, the education you recieve now and in college will dictate your quality of life from now on. A wise man once told me "it's easier to earn a living with your brain than your back"(my husband..he's in heaven now) but he was right. |
