River Trails Homeowners Association

Hello everyone,

There was alot of information discussed at the meeting.  Some new, some old.  I will be attending a commitee meeting tonight.  I will see if we can get the meeting minutes out.

The meeting went very smooth.  For those interested, Ken Knewell was not in attendance. 

It has now been two weeks since this all important meeting.  A lot of folks, that were unable to attend would like some information.   What went on during this meeting?  Do we have new board members?

Just because we were unable to attend this meeting.  It does not mean we do not care about our neighborhood.  Someone please spill!!!

I was there and can try to give you a little information.

The Neighborhood Police Officer spoke about how quite our area is.  No news is good news.

City Council Rep spoke about the dump clean-up and the new additions to Gateway Park.

The Gas Company spoke about finishing up getting the rest of the leases in River Trails signed.

They elected a bunch of new officers.  Don Devous, pres.  Melissa McDougal, vp. Bill Rhyan, sec/ treas.    Several others volenteered to help with membership, beautification, entertainment, welcom wagon, etc.

The lady that won the TV was not present.  The lady that won the Ipod was present.

They had free pizza and drinks.  It was over by 8pm.

Pappy,   one of my friends was at the meeting and he said that names were put in a hat for the T.V. and Ipod drawing.....is that true?   Also,  is the welcome wagon new to RT?  I was not aware that we had this program in our neighborhood.  Was there any news on the widening of Precinct Line? 

Melissa,  where are the meeting notes?  I thought you were going post them (maybe you did and I missed it?)
