Hello Tubbstirza,  what help do you need to organize a meet and greet?  Set a date,  get it out to the neighborhood and lets get it done.

I'm in, just let me know what I can do to help!!!  I think it would be beneficial to include our neighbors at LORT south too, considering they are having tha same problems as us.

Because the Weather is so horrible this time a year. I was thinking mid April to early May on a Saturday. What about this time frame? I know it doesn't solve our crime problems, as of now, but we could work towards this date. At the get together, we could try and get the Fort Worth Police Chief, FD, and community leaders to get involved. (Does anyone know any of them?). I am actively involved in a dog training group, and I know they would bring the dog drill team for a training demonstration. Any type of thing like this might help get people to come. Thank you all for your responses. There is a park in the neighborhood that we could hold it at or the school. I was thinking that we could notify the neighborhood by putting a flyer on their doors. I will be happy to make the copies of the flyers. I was thinking things like a bouncy castle for kids, (maybe hotdogs, they are cheap.) We could see if the HOA would be willing to donate a little money, if not, I am willing to donate some items for this event. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you, Nick
