River Trails Homeowners Association

Hello,

Does anyone know why they are removing Trees, etc.  Behind Salado Trail to the West towards 820?  It is on the property behind Rivertrails, close to Trinity.

Apartments were rumored?  That was several years ago!

Gosh,  I sure hope not.  I believe its another River Trails addition but I could be wrong.  At one time they talked about a supermarket at the end of Trinity and 820 but I don't know if that is still happening or not. 

Here is a link to the Lakes of Rivertrails development plan.  It appears there will be future residential homes where they have begun clearing the trees and to the east at the SE end of Trinity and 820,  commericial/retail development.
