Then this isn't just a robbery, it's aggravated robbery, where someone is seriously hurt.  Big difference.  Thats why the fire dept and ambulance were called.  If it was just simple robbery there would be police only.

The kid that got hit and money taken knew the kid that did it. He refused to make a report on scene but later turned it over to the school initiative officer for HEB. And yes it was a young group of hispanic males. I was infront of the school when the call rang out. I did not see the kids when I got to the other side. FD is usually the first responder as they are closer in the event of injury and then EMS followed up and got a refusal of treatment from the injured.

 

Additionally, an unconfirmed report that has been rumored is that a kid fell from the roof about the same time of the incident.  I cannot get a confirmation of this.  I was there and saw nothing of the sort. And PD has no knowledge of a kid falling. Specifics are unclear.
