River Trails Homeowners Association

Does anyone know if we need an individual permit or license from the city of Fort Worth for this garage sale.

Because it is a neighborhood garage sale, would a collective permit be enough to get permission to join the garage sale ?

I believe that you need to get a permit and that it is free of charge.
