anybody know what's being built on the north side of Trinity at 820 yet? Heard a nasty rumor of Sam's or Wal-Mart... Please advise if anyone knows where to get information about whatever it will be.

A Walmart would probably stay nice for a little while until all the people that have ruined the Eastchase Walmart ruined the new one.
My guess is that neither one will be built there as there isn't a big enough market for them. |
