I agree with your assessment. It due to the new tax district that city set up due to the new road expansion. The City is over taxing us for everything.

Looks like our property taxes will be going up very soon. I got my property value notice. Is anyone going to appeal? I am just curious how many of you out there disagree with your 2013 proposed value?
I am not a very happy with the proposed value. That's for sure!!!
