Ok parking on the street on Greys Run is officially out of hand!!!! There are so many cars parked on the street daily, that people can't get through and then also such as days as today it can cause accidents!!! I don't understand why some people pay as much as they do for a driveway and yet they continuously park on the street. It shouldn't be allowed for commercial vehicles especially those huge trucks to be parked on the street and not in their driveway or in front of their house. It is seriously a road hazard. I've been stretched to my limits with this issue and now today I've reached my boiling point with those that seem to not want to park at their homes.

I totally agree with you. I live on Greys Run Circle and have personally witnessed 2 accidents in front of our house. The parking of commercial vehicles and  boats is completed ignored by the HOA. They definately do not enforce their policies. Also speeding is a real big issue as well. I've lived here for 16 yrs. and still do not understand why the HOA lets home owners get away with this. Maybe if we stopped paying our HOA fees they would step up and do something.
