This would be a great feature if someone would actual response to the e-mails being sent in or return a phone call that is left on the Hot line voice mail.
I have personaly left 3 voice mail message and have yet to receive a call back. I have e-mailed the e-mail address 8 times and received a reply to the first one 3 1/2 weeks later.
It has been over 6 weeks since I sent the 2nd one.
I guess prompt does not mean what it use to
