New poles and new flags need to be put back at the entrances.  When I sent in my $100 annual dues I wrote on my bill that the flags needed to be replaced.  I understand if the poles were in disrepair as well...but put up NEW POLES and NEW FLAGS!  Exactly how many houses are in this neighborhood??  And times that by $100 (and I know some fees probably don't get paid) so that should be plenty for poles and flags.  It's not like there is much to take care of around here...we don't have a pool or playground.  I would like to know how we can get a breakdown of how the money is spent.  My next house will NOT be in a neighborhood, that's for sure!!!!

PS--Riverside Chase Circle is becoming a parking lot again.  I thought these people got fined for parking in the streets?  I counted six cars blocking the right side as I was trying to exit the neighborhood one day.  Thank goodness another car wasn't coming.  This is just ridiculous!

Sballer,

First we normally pass out an Annual Financial Report at the annual HOA meeting in November.  I just looked on the new site (www.riversidehoa.com) and it does not have a copy there.  So I will work on get that post right away.  In the mean time you can e-mail the HOA at  hoa@riversidechase.com to get a copy e-mailed to you.

Second there are 248 houses in our neighborhood.

Third for the cars.  We did have a off duty police officer that was going around and putting notices on cars.  That was only a temporary situation and ended back in December. We are meeting with a Management Company later this month that will address this issue.

Lastly, but most importantly, I will be bringing up the issues of the flag at the next meeting.

any one can go to the new website and see all of the board minutes each month.  I know someone else posted about there a vote to keep the flags, which could be the case but since I have lived (08) there has been no such vote.

Thanks everyone for your input on the flags and flagpoles and Steven for replying quickly!  We'll definitely bring this up at our next meeting.  We went ahead and had the poles removed because they were beyond repair and one was in danger of falling.

Thanks again everyone!
