Code Enforcement a Joke

Posted in: Riverside Heights Civic Association - Crime Watch
Well neighbors, the HUGE boat and construction equipment remain at Ohio and N. Boulevard.
The HUGE for sale signs have been replaced with normal size signs and HUGE Barcnea campaign signs.

City council candidate Rick Barcena is a member of The City Code Enforcement Board!

I can not begin to imagine what Rick will do to our neighborhood if elected to Tampa City Council!

What next Rick? Used boat lot, buy here pay here car lot, adult book store?

Code enforcement in Tampa and The City Code Enforcement Board is a joke!

The real joke is....

Let's focus on the REAL JOKE:
The corner of Columbus & N. Boulevard looks like a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!! This corner is an 'ABSOLUTE DISGRACE' and an 'EMBARRASSEMENT' to our neighborhood. And it's just going downhill: Soon an International Church will be housed in the yellow building at the southwest corner and we now have King Grocery open at the northwest corner. Give me a break...where is all the 'so-called' progress Mayor Pam's 'RIVERWALK' was supposed to bring our way??
As a matter of fact.......

Have you looked on the corner of N. Blvd. and Peninsular ????? A used car lot has just materialized with a very large sign that says ''Used Cars for Sale '' above 3 piece of sh*t cars. Instead of complaining to our so-called ''code enforcement representative,'' I think we should ask for his resignation at our next. He meeting does nothing! And he didn't even bother to show up at our last meeting! We need someone who has enough gumption to address these issues instead of side stepping them!
City Code Enforcement

I couldn't agree more! The City Code Enforcement is a joke! Look at that huge refrigerator that has been sitting on N. Blvd for sale.

Oh and let's not forget a realtor by the name of Mark Hurley (spell?) that has erected his realtor sign on N. Blvd in a vacant lot, but instead of selling homes he's selling.......USED CARS and has a car parked in front of the sign that reads USED CARS.

We are starting to look like Florida and Nebraska!

Mark, the real estate market might be slow, but please don't bring our neighborhood down by selling your junkers here! Remove your sign!
