410 access from Nacogdoches?

Posted in: Towne Lake Garden

Dear Towne Lake Community,

I don't normally get involved in discussions or even start one but, I noticed that we are not going to have a 410 west bound access from Nacogdoches? As it is right now I have to travel from Nacogdoches on the access, past Broadway to gain access to 410 or 281.  Perrin Beitel has it own access and so does Broadway.  So does anyone know what gives?

No 410 access from nacogdoches has been a big pain for me as well. I travel the same route to get westbound on 410. I dont know what gives, but with the construction on nac.@410 I dont mind broadway at this point!

Originally the state had no plans for a west bound entrance between Nacogdoches and Broadway, however they are now in the process of re-designing an entrance. Check with the website TexashighwayMan.com click on Loop 410 expansion and follow it to the Nacagdoches section.

It has been very annoying for the last 2 years or so since they took our ramp away. I worked that project for Williams Brothers / TXDOT alot off duty closing down 410 and Broadway / Airport. I was told by TXDOT at the time, as the previous person stated, they had no plans to put another ramp in.

I have been taking Bitters in front of the high school to Broadway every day to avoid 410 / Naco as every time I take it I get stuck there for a while and then get stuck at 410 / Broadway again.
