One of the highlights of the Pawtucket Arts Festival, now in its 13th year - has been our Arts Fest, where the public gets to shop from the hundreds of local artists that participate in this annual juried event. This year we are featuring two events at two locations: the Arts Fest in downtown Pawtucket on Saturday/Sunday September 10 & 11 from 11am-5pm. and the Crafts Fest in Slater Memorial Park on September 17 & 18 from 10am-5pm.

All artists that are exhibiting in this year's outdoor festival have been selected through a juried process, and this popular event is a great chance to browse original works of art in all mediums - paintings, watercolor, jewelry, photography or crafts. This years arts festival and crafts festival will offer something for everyone - and is a provides a wonderful opportunity to support our local artists!

Street Painting

Alfonso D. Acevedo is a Colombian artist. After his experience in arts in Colombia he start The New Millenium Art Factory a volunteer Family Art Program at Adams Free Public Library en Central Falls since 1995. The Street Painting for kids from 10 years old to 18 years old are a special event on September 10th. Commercial logos and a free subject will be paint.
